Using publicly available data from The International Institute for Management Development, I created this visualization to show the dynamic rankings of the top 20 countries over the last five years. Just before Visual Capitalist was about to publish it, I noticed the rankings had been updated for 2023, so I quickly revised the graphic and the new lineup proved to be even more interesting.
