Sports are a popular subject for data visualization because there are so many measurements, statistics and overall data. So when the 2024 Summer Olympics happened, I was compelled to hone my skills and learn a little at the same time. It was fascinating to discover the wide range of ages for the athletes. Learning that 2024 was the first year for breakdancing made me curious about all the other sports. Which are oldest and which are more recent?

My only regret is that I spent more time creating this visuals than actually watching the Olympics! But I did enjoy the breakdancing, skateboarding and gymnastics.
